Why in the pokemon episode holiday hi jin is charmander not charzard when he evolved previously to that episod?

Holiday Hi-Jynx was supposed to be aired before the episode Charmeleon evolved but since it was the episode right after the episode 38 incident,where Pokemon had to stop airing for a while,(a href="http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/EP038)" rel="nofollow"http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/E…/a it had to be rescheduled and it was aired afterwards.
