Is JYP (Park Jin Young) a mean guy?

He actually isn't that bad. JYP is only strict on the singers like 2AM and 2PM, etc. I once saw this picture of nichkhun and wooyoung when they were getting punished by him... ㅠㅠ (the link to it is in the source box). He only want to help them, and he is using his time to help them, however strict he may be. He just wants them to be successful as a singer. THEREFORE, JYP should not be interpreted as a "bad guy".
