Where can I find a milf or cougar woman (online for free or in person)?

One of my goal's this summer is to hook up with either a milf or a cougar woman but I do not want to pay for an online milf/cougar site and I really don't know where to look in person. Also, how do you know for sure if she is a milf/cougar. Like what do you ask her to see if she is one? Thanks!
